What Our Patients
Are Saying

"After a few attempts of fertility treatment, it became
apparent to me and my husband that IVF was our
only option to conceive. I decided to try acupuncture
while going through the IVF process and learned
about Indiana Reproductive Acupuncture through
my fertility specialist.

I was a little weary about the process and unsure what to expect. Right away I was welcomed to IRA with compassion and encouragement. I quickly started to feel the effects of treatments, leaving me feeling emotionally and physically at ease. I became pregnant after our first attempt at IVF. We are now expecting a baby boy any day and are grateful to David and his staff for helping us through our journey."

– A.L., Fishers

Update:
We are honored to announce that A.L.
welcomed a healthy 7lb 8oz baby boy
into her family on February 11th!

Mediterranean Diet May Increase Success of Infertility Treatments

Mediterranean Diet May Increase Success of Infertility Treatments

The Mediterranean Diet seems to be the wonder-kind in the weight loss world, ranked as one of the top ten most popular diets, it has been studied extensively over the past several years and found to produce numerous health benefits. Among those are a lowered incidence of asthma and allergies in children, lowered risk of metabolic syndrome, possibly eliminating diabetes medication for type II diabetics, and lessening the risk of cancer and depression.

You can now add to that list, the Mediterranean Diet may just increase the likelihood of a woman undergoing fertility treatments to become pregnant.
